Terms and Conditions
A draft summary of verified website and registration practices. Full legal terms need owner approval before this page is indexed.
Draft status
Owner approval required. This page summarizes verified website and registration practices only. It is not a complete lawyer-drafted contract. Until the owner confirms governing law, liability language and final wording, this page remains noindex.
Using this website
zuluchallenge.com provides information about Zulu Challenge events in Canada, including Adults, Kids and K9 challenges, city schedules, registration links, sponsorship, vendors and contact options.
Content such as dates, venues and prices can change. Treat each city page and the event schedule as the current public source for that stop.
Registration and tickets
Tickets are sold through Eventbrite from city pages and Register. Checkout happens on Eventbrite, not on zuluchallenge.com.
Published website prices are subject to ticketing fees added at Eventbrite checkout. Early bird and regular prices published on the site should be confirmed on the live Register or city page before paying.
Refund, credit and transfer rules are stated on the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Participant responsibilities (published rules)
Adults must be 14 or older on the Adults Challenge. Kids use age bands 3-7, 8-10 and 11-13 matched to published distances. K9 requires a secure harness and hands-free leash; aggressive or protective dogs must wear a muzzle at all times on course. Details live on Adults, Kids and K9.
Event changes
If a location or date changes, check that city event page. For help with a registration you already hold, email info@zuluchallenge.com with proof of registration.
Website content
Text, photos and branding on this website are provided for informing visitors about Zulu Challenge. Do not copy or reuse site materials for other commercial uses without permission from Zulu Challenge.
This draft does not invent jurisdiction, indemnity or liability exclusion clauses. Those items need owner-approved legal text before this page can be indexed as final Terms and Conditions.
