Participants at a Zulu Challenge start line

Refund and Cancellation Policy

The published ticket rules for refunds, credits, transfers and how to request support—matching Register and FAQ.

Official refund rule (published)

Across Register, challenge pages and the FAQ, Zulu Challenge publishes the following ticket rule:

  • There are no refunds on Zulu Challenge tickets.
  • Instead, you receive credit for another city or for the next season.
  • Registrations are transferable by email when you send proof of registration to the Zulu Challenge team.

Source pages include Register and the FAQ.

Participant cancellations

If you cannot attend, the published options are credit (another city or next season) or a transfer arranged by email—not a cash refund.

Email info@zuluchallenge.com with proof of registration to request a transfer or credit.

Event changes, postponements and weather

Always treat the city event page as the current public source for that stop date and venue.

Muddy sections and water on course are used only when the park, terrain and weather allow. Course features may be adjusted for conditions.

A separate formal weather postpone/cancel script beyond those published notes is not listed as a standalone policy on this site. For status of a specific city stop, check the event schedule city page or email info@zuluchallenge.com.

This page does not invent cash-refund promises for organizer cancellations that are not already published.

Eventbrite checkout

Tickets are sold through Eventbrite. Checkout and payment processing happen on Eventbrite. Zulu Challenge published credit/transfer rules above are the organizer rules stated on this website. Eventbrite may display its own platform terms during checkout; those are Eventbrite terms, not a substitute for the rules published here.

How to request support
