Participation
Terms
Draft: review with a legal professional before publishing.
These terms are a draft for people who use zuluchallenge.com and who register for a Zulu Challenge event in Canada. They are not a substitute for the ticket terms on Eventbrite, or on Bloom if ticketing moves there.
The event
Zulu Challenge is an outdoor obstacle event. The adult course is 5 km with 24 obstacles and is tethered. You can be injured. You take part at your own risk and you are responsible for deciding whether you are able to take part. No elite fitness is required, and that sentence is not a promise that the course is easy.
Minors
The kids course is for ages 3 to 13. A minor needs a guardian. The guardian is responsible for the child on the kids course.
Dogs
A K9 entry needs a harness for the dog. The dog's owner is responsible for the dog, including its behaviour and the harness, for the whole time you are at the event.
Weather and changes
Events are outdoors. Weather can change a course or a schedule. The rules for delay, shortening, or cancellation are not published. [REPLACE] Details coming soon.
Prices and refunds
Published series prices are in Canadian dollars: adults $95, K9 $95, kids $50 to $60 depending on age band. A refund policy is not published. [REPLACE] Details coming soon. Email zuluchallenge@gmail.com with refund questions.
Website
Event facts on this site are updated on the city page they belong to. If a categories line says TBA, that course is not confirmed for that city. Do not rely on a city page that has not been published. Moncton and Windsor do not have event pages yet.
